Unemployment in the U.S.

I found this chart from a website created by the Bureau of Labor Statistics U.S. Department of Labor. After all the research I've done, this is the best I could come up with in dividing the unemployment rates between different races and ages. I think it isn't accurate that this site is calculating unemployment rates for people 16 years of age and over. They may have jobs, but most likely do not. This chart also does not show at which they stop counting the elderly people who do not work anymore. In conclusion, this chart really didn't help me come up with a verified number of unemployed Americans... I'll keep trying to do research.
